Recipe of oats pancake or Banana and oat pancakes easy
Here is the recipe of oats pancake or Banana and oat pancakes with easy ingredients and procedure of making the same at home.It is a no flour or oat flour healthy recipe of oats or oatmeal and banana pancake.
Ingredients for banana and oat pancakes: 1 1/2 cup Oats, 1/2 cup Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence, 2 Ripe Bananas, 2 Tsp Baking Powder, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder.
Recipe of oats pancake or banana and oat pancakes with easy ingredients:
Take one and half cup oats
Grind the oats to make it into oat flour.
Mix all the dry ingredients like oats flour, Baking powder and Cinnamon powder.
Mash the bananas.
Beat the eggs.
Mix all the wet ingredients like bananas, Milk, egg and vanilla essence into the dry mix.
whisk it to form a smooth batter.
Put some oil or butter in a pan and pour some batter.Cook till you see visible bubbles.
Flip it to cook the other side.
Stack your banana and oat pancakes.
Making Salted Caramel sauce for topping:
Take one cup sugar in a pan and let it cook on slow to medium heat.Stir it occasionally.
Till the sugar melts into amber color.
Add 90 gms of unsalted butter and stir it well till the butter melts.
Add 1 tsp Salt and half cup heavy cream and stir it well.
Your salted caramel sauce topping is ready.
Pour the hot salted caramel sauce on your banana and oat pancakes.
Sprinkle some roasted almonds on top of your banana and oat pancakes.
Enjoy the healthy no flour oatmeal and banana pancakes.
