Ingredients and things required
Puff pastry dough, 1 egg yolk, Hot water, Normal water for sticking and cream horn molds.

Roll the puff pastry dough out very thinly using a rolling pin.
Roll it as thin as shown.
Cut into long strips 2 to 3 cm wide.
Grease the cream horn molds.
Wrap the puff pastry dough strips around the cream horn molds as shown.
Add 1 Tsp Hot Water to the beaten egg yolk and mix to make egg wash.
Place the cream horns on a prepared baking tray and brush the puff pastry dough with egg wash.
Bake at 220 Degree C / 425 Degree F for 30 minutes or until Golden Brown.
