Coconut Banana Victoria Cake Recipe
1 3/4 Cup (230 g) All purpose flour, 3 Eggs, 3 Banana, 1/3 Cup (30g) Coconut Powder, 90 ml Oil, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 3/4 Cup (130 g) Brown Sugar.
Mash the Bananas.
Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients well.
Keep whisking till you get a smooth batter like this.
Take 2 tins of 6 inch each, prepare them by putting some oil and spread it around, dust the tins with some . Pour the Coconut banana Victoria cake batter. Bake them at 160 Degree C for 40 Minutes.
