Coconut Banana Victoria Cake Recipe
1 3/4 Cup (230 g) All purpose flour, 3 Eggs, 3 Banana, 1/3 Cup (30g) Coconut Powder, 90 ml Oil, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 3/4 Cup (130 g) Brown Sugar.
Mash the Bananas.
Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients well.

Gradually add Icing Sugar and keep whisking.

Ready for icing the cake.
Pipe the coconut cream cheese frosting on the cake.
Cover the whole cake with frosting.
Place the other coconut banana sponge on top.
