Cinnamon Victoria cake recipe
Simple and easy Cinnamon Victoria cake recipe with honey cream cheese frosting or icing from scratch with few ingredients.
Cinnamon Victoria Cake Recipe
1 1/3 Cup (200 g) All purpose flour, 1 Cup (220 g) Castor Sugar, 3 Eggs, 90 ml Oil, 1/4 Cup (60 ml) Milk, 2 Tsp Baking Powder, 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk them till you get a smooth batter.
Cinnamon cake batter is ready.
Prepare 2 baking tins of 6 inch each,Brush some oil and dust them with flour.
Divide the Cinnamon cake batter in both the Tins.
Bake them at 160 Degree C for 40 minutes.

Ingredients for honey cream cheese frosting or icing
90 g Butter, 90 g cream cheese, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1 cup (160 g) Icing Sugar.
Mix Butter,Cream cheese and Honey in a bowl.
Beat them till its creamy.
Gradually add Icing Sugar while beating.
Honey cream cheese frosting or icing is ready.Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Unmold the Cinnamon cake once cool. Place one on a plate.
Fill the honey cream cheese frosting or icing in a piping bag.
Pipe the Honey cream cheese frosting or icing on the cinnamon cake.
Place the 2nd Cinnamon cake on top.
Pipe the Honey cream cheese frosting or icing on top.
Drizzle some honey.
Dust it with Cinnamon Powder.
Cinnamon Victoria cake is ready.
