Chocolate and peanut butter Victoria cake recipe from scratch with few ingredients.
Chocolate and peanut butter Victoria cake Recipe
1 Cup All purpose flour, 3 eggs, 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder, 125 gms Butter, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1 Cup Castor Sugar, 2 Tsp Baking Powder.
Mix All the ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk it till you get a smooth batter.
Your chocolate cake batter is ready.
Prepare 2 Baking Tins of 6 inch each,brush some oil and dust them with flour.
Divide the chocolate cake batter in both the tins. Bake them at 160 Degree C for 40 minutes.
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Frosting or Icing
60 gms Butter, 30 gms Chunky peanut butter, 150 gms Icing sugar.
Beat the butter till its creamy.
Add Chunky Peanut butter.
Beat the peanut butter too.
Gradually add Icing sugar and beat it.
Peanut Butter Frosting or Icing is ready.
Unmold the chocolate cake once cool.
Place one chocolate cake sponge on a plate.
Fill the Peanut butter frosting or icing in a piping bag.
Pipe the Peanut butter frosting on the chocolate cake.
Place the 2nd chocolate sponge on top.
Dust the Icing sugar.
