Ingredients for cheese lemon cake :
1 1/2 Cup All purpose flour, 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 Tsp Baking Powder, 2 Eggs, 1 Cup Castor sugar, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Oil.
Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk it to form batter.
Add Zest of one lemon.
Take 2 round baking tins of 6 inch each,prepare them by putting some oil and brush it around,dust the tins with some flour and pour the batter and bake them at 180 Degree C for 40 minutes.
Ingredients for cheese lemon cake icing or frosting :
125 gms cream cheese, 100 gms Icing sugar, 50 gms Butter, Zest of 2 lemons.
Whisk cream cheese and butter.
Add 2 Lemon Zest.
Mix the lemon zest and add 100 gms icing sugar and whisk it,cheese lemon cake icing or frosting is ready.
