1 1/2 Cup Grated Carrots, 1/2 cup oil, 2 Eggs, 100 gms Castor sugar, 1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 Tsp Baking soda, 85 gms All purpose flour, 1 Tsp baking powder.
Mix Eggs,Baking powder,Baking Soda,Castor Sugar and Cinnamon Powder and whisk it.
Add Oil gradually.
Whisk it well.
Add the Grated carrots to the all purpose flour in a separate bowl.
Mix it gently so that the grated carrots are coated well with all purpose flour.
Mix both the mixtures.
Whisk them well to get a smooth batter.
The Carrot Victoria cake batter is ready.
